Travel from the Airport
The cheapest way from the Airport to the Hotel Sites: -Take the A-line train from airport (directly outside the South doors from baggage claim) to Union Station (about a 40-minute ride). Click "View" below for the A-line schedule. We've taken this train many times and feel very safe and comfortable. It's a $10 fare. Be sure to chose the Airport Day Pass. -You can then take an Uber/Lyft the rest of the way (about a 25-minute ride). To travel directly to the Hotel Sites: -Follow signs to I-70 West and merge onto that highway. Stay on this road for about 25 miles. -Exit onto CO-470 East (exit number 260). Continue about 6 miles until you reach the exit for your hotel (suggested hotels listed below). Total time is about 45 minutes depending on traffic.

Travel to the Wedding Venue
The Barn at Evergreen Memorial Park (our wedding venue) is tucked into the beautiful mountains of Evergreen, CO. Rideshare options (Lyft and Uber) may take you to the wedding venue but do NOT service from there. We will be providing bus transportation from the Hotel Sites to the Wedding Venue and from the Wedding Venue to the Hotel Sites & After Party. The shuttle schedule is below.

Shuttle Schedule To/From Wedding Venue
October 13, 2024 2:30 pm - 10:00 pm
The shuttles will service the Homewood Suites and Fairfield Inn. If you are at other locations, you are free to use the shuttle knowing that you have to be at these spots before it's departure time. La Quinta is right next to the Fairfield Inn & Hampton Inn is right next to Homewood Suites. To The Barn at Evergreen Memorial Park: 2:30pm - 54-passenger bus will depart from the Homewood Suites (heading to Fairfield Inn). Please be ready downstairs prior to departure time. 2:45pm - the same 54-passenger bus will depart from the Fairfield Inn (heading to the Barn at Evergreen Memorial Park). 3:15pm - arrive at wedding venue Departing the wedding venue: 9:00pm (for those that tucker out on the earlier side) - 54-passenger bus will depart the Barn to drop off at the Fairfield Inn first, then Homewood Suites 10:00pm - 2 buses will be available. A 54-passenger bus will go directly to afterparty location, The Origin Hotel. A 25-passenger shuttle will drop off at the Fairfield Inn first, then the Homewood Suites, then head to the Origin Hotel. We recommend staying at one of the hotels listed below in Littleton, CO. That being said, you are free to stay in the mountain-town of Evergreen, CO. If you do so, we advise having your own form of transportation as there is no access to Uber/Lyft in the town of Evergreen.
