What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you don't RSVP by 8/10/2025, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.

Where and when will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held on September 20th, 2025 at The Mission Basilica de Alcala from 2 PM- 3 PM, followed by a cocktail hour and reception at The Hyatt Regency La Jolla from 5 PM - 2 AM. Directions and a map are provided on the “Location” page of our website.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before the start of the ceremony to ensure you have time to park, find your seat, and get settled.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Men should dress formal with a suit and tie. Women should wear long dresses. Please avoid the color Burgundy, Champagne, Gold, and White.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your little ones, but for this event, we kindly request adults only. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us directly.

Is my plus one invited?

Answer

Due to our venue’s capacity limits (and our desire to keep the event intimate), we can only accommodate those guests formally named on the invitation. We hope you understand and look forward to celebrating with you! If you have any questions about your plus one, don’t hesitate to ask.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is valet for $25 and a parking structure for $10. We encourage carpooling if possible, and if you’d rather not drive, we recommend using a ride-share service like Uber or Lyft to make the evening hassle-free.

Answer

No. Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be hosted inside.

I have dietary restrictions. Will there be food options for me?

Answer

Absolutely! We want everyone to enjoy the celebration. Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.), and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We kindly request that you RSVP by August 10th, 2025. You can do this on our website via the “RSVP” page. Your timely response helps us finalize the headcount and make sure everything is perfect for your arrival.

Si no confirmas antes del 10 de agosto de 2025, se te considerará como “no asistirá”. Nos encantaría celebrar contigo, pero necesitamos darles a nuestros proveedores un conteo exacto de invitados y no podemos aceptar confirmaciones tardías.
