Metro-North

We've taken Metro-North directly to Beacon Station several times from Grand Central Terminal -- a great option for those coming from New York City! From: Grand Central Terminal (take the Hudson Line, Poughkeepsie Station-bound train) To: Beacon Station Travel Time: 1 hour 30 minutes Note: Do not get off at the "Beacon Falls" Station! Upon arrival at Beacon Station, it's easy to hail an Uber or Lyft or take the free shuttle into the heart of town!

Flight

SWF - New York Stewart International Airport

If you are traveling by air, flying into New York Stewart (SWF) in Newburgh, NY is the most convenient for getting to Beacon. It's only a short 15 minute car ride away from the venue and hotel suggestions! Westchester County Airport (HPN) is another option to consider if your home airports don't connect in/out of Newburgh. HPN is a ~1 hour drive to Beacon. If you opt to fly into one of the major NYC airports (LGA, JFK, EWR), we'd recommend renting a car to drive up to Beacon (~1.5 hour ride). Alternatively, the NYC Airporter (nycairporter.com) offers shuttle service to/from Grand Central Terminal or you can take an Uber/Lyft to Grand Central or 125th St station. From either location, you can hop on the Metro North train to Beacon!

We've secured rooms at the Springhill Suites in Fishkill, NY-- just a short shuttle (or car ride) away from the venue. The deadline for our room block rate has passed, but you can make a reservation at the "best available" rate below.

For a more budget-friendly option, we've also secured a room block at the Hampton Inn in Fishkill, NY. Please use this link for our group rate, expiring on Wednesday, 10/6. After that date you can make a reservation at the "Best Available" rate.

Shuttle

A shuttle will be running between the Springhill Suites and Hampton Inn hotels and the Roundhouse throughout the evening. The schedule is as follows: 4:15 PM - Shuttle departs Springhill Suites 4:30 PM - Shuttle departs Hampton Inn 10:00 PM - Shuttle departs the Roundhouse to both hotels 11:15 PM - Shuttle departs the Roundhouse to both hotels 12:30 AM - Shuttle departs Dogwood to both hotels
