To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is May 9, 2026. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner. We hope you can understand!

We kindly request formal attire to help us celebrate in style. Evening gowns, cocktail dresses, suits, and ties are all welcome. No jeans, please! Please keep in mind the weather of late spring in the mountains of New Hampshire. It could be anywhere from 50 to 75 degrees, sunshine to rain! With that in mind, dress accordingly.

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your envelope. We will ensure that folks will be around familiar and friendly company, as we want everyone to enjoy the celebration. We appreciate your understanding!

We love your little ones; however, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night! Please reference our “Things-to-do” page to help you explore the area!

Answer

Yes! The Welcome Party, Ceremony, and Reception are all held at the Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa. There are plenty of rooms available at the Mountain View as well as a few other hotels/Airbnb’s recommended in the Travel tab within 5 mins of the venue! Please reach out to Allie if you need any help to find an accommodation in the area.

Answer

Nope! For the ceremony, sit wherever you please. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know. We know weddings are a melting pot of guests who may not know one another, and we want to ease any anxieties for guests who may be a bit more introverted. Hopefully this can make you feel more comfortable!

Please arrive by 4:15 p.m. to ensure you are seated by the time the ceremony starts, which will be promptly at 4:30 p.m.

The wedding is, in fact, outside in Mountain View’s stunning garden. Please dress accordingly for late Spring, early Summer weather in the mountains. If inclement weather is expected, the ceremony will be moved indoors to the reception space in the Crystal Ballroom.

The reception at the Mountain View Grand has ample parking to the righthand side of the hotel.
