Answer

The best airport to fly into is Madrid Barajas, closest to the wedding venue. From there, you can easily access transportation options to reach the center of Madrid.

Yes! We’ve secured a room block at Canopy by Hilton Madrid Castellana for our wedding weekend. The formal RSVP deadline will be indicated on the formal wedding invitation. The approximate RSVP deadline is April 30, 2026.

What if I didn't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "no". We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within their requested timeline. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To maintain the intimacy of our special day, we can only accommodate the guests formally listed on your wedding invitation. If you’ve been given a plus one, their name will appear when you RSVP. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Will there be a shuttle to and from Madrid to get to the church ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, shuttle transportation will be provided. Guests will be picked up from the hotel book off (Canopy by Hilton Madrid Castellana (Pl. de Carlos Trías Bertrán, 4, Tetuán, 28020 Madrid, Spain)) and transported to the ceremony and reception. Later in the evening, the shuttle will return guests back to the Canopy by Hilton Madrid Castellana (Pl. de Carlos Trías Bertrán, 4, Tetuán, 28020 Madrid, Spain). Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress!! The wedding is black tie formal. Women should wear floor lengths dresses or gowns, and men should wear formal tuxedos or suits. Visit the "Gallery" section of our website for more inspiration. Please note, the reception will be hosted outdoors, so be mindful of the heat and select footwear suitable for cobbled or grassy terrain. If you're unsure of what to wear, we've uploaded a photo in the 'Gallery' section of our website with a mood board for inspiration.

Yes! We know many of you are traveling from afar to celebrate with us, and we truly appreciate it. During the ceremony, we kindly ask that if young guests become restless or noisy, you step away to tend to them.
