We kindly ask that you submit your RSVP no later than April 20th. While earlier responses are greatly appreciated and help us plan more efficiently, this deadline is essential. Our vendors require a final guest count by a specific date, and we must honor their timeline to ensure everything runs smoothly. If we do not receive your RSVP by April 20th, we will assume you are unable to attend. Thank you for understanding and helping us make this celebration seamless!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM, so we kindly ask guests to arrive no later than 4:00PM. This allows time for parking, taking the shuttle to the ceremony location, and finding your seat without feeling rushed. Shuttles will be running from the parking area to the venue, and arriving early helps avoid delays or long waits. We want everyone to be comfortably settled before the celebration begins—thank you for being timely!
Yes! We would love to see our friends and family dressed up and celebrating with us. Our dress code is cocktail attire with a summer twist—think of a garden party vibe with seasonal colors like blues, oranges, greens, pinks, and even shimmer or sparkles. For men, we recommend khakis or dress pants paired with a button-down or polo. For women, floor-length or midi dresses in light, breathable fabrics are perfect. Please note that our ceremony will be held outdoors on grass, so we suggest wearing thicker heels or wedges to stay comfortable. The reception will be a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, so plan accordingly. If you have any questions about what to wear, feel free to reach out to Ansley—we’re happy to help!
In order to keep our wedding as intimate and personal as possible—and to stay within venue capacity—only guests formally listed on your invitation will be accommodated. If you’ve been given a plus one, their name will appear when you RSVP. We will be using a seating chart, so it’s important that we are aware of all attendees in advance. Thank you for understanding and helping us create a meaningful and well-organized celebration!
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gifts you can give us is to be fully present as we say, "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us, and we promise to share our photos as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!
Yes! The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you- so get ready to party! For this reason, we encourage you to drive wisely or take advantage of Uber or Lyft.
