Important Travel Update for Our Wedding Guests!

We’re so excited to celebrate with you, but we wanted to give you a heads-up about something that could affect your travel plans. The Texas vs. OU football game will be taking place around the same time as our wedding in October 2025, and as you can imagine, this big game draws a lot of attention to the Dallas area! Because of the game, hotels in the region are experiencing a high demand and many are limiting room blocks or raising their prices. We highly recommend that you book your accommodations as soon as possible to secure the best rates and ensure availability. We’ve set up a list of recommended hotels with reserved room blocks for our wedding guests, and we encourage you to book your rooms quickly before they’re taken or prices go up further. Flight

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport

DFW is the largest and busiest airport in the area, located about 25 miles west of downtown Dallas. It serves numerous major airlines, including: American Airlines (hub) Delta Air Lines United Airlines Southwest Airlines British Airways ... and many more. If you're flying internationally or from other states, DFW will likely be your best option.

Flight

Dallas Love Field Airport

Dallas Love Field is a smaller airport located about 6 miles from downtown Dallas. It primarily serves domestic flights, especially those on Southwest Airlines, but other airlines such as American Airlines and Spirit Airlines also offer limited flights from this airport. If you’re flying within the U.S. or prefer a more central location, Love Field may be more convenient for you.
