The below link will take you directly to our hotel room block offer WITH the discount applied ($309 or $319 before tax) payment is NOT due upfront, we expect it to fill up quick so please reserve asap! The block is ONLY available for September 19th, if booking online, it will only let you reserve 9/19 with this link. If you rather call to make your reservation ask for the "Giardullo Annunziata Wedding" block. If you are staying the night before, please call and for the 18th, ask for a regular room rate and a wedding rate the 19th - make sure they also keep you in the same room for both nights.. If you have issues let the bride know, she loves yelling at people :) This is our preferred hotel of choice and where the after party with be held (details to follow). You are welcome to stay at any other hotel that works for you if you plan on staying overnight. Shuttle service from hotel to venue will be available for guests staying overnight, schedule is below and subject to change closer to our wedding!

Shuttle will be provided from The Viana Hotel and Spa to Jericho Terrace (249 Jericho Turnpike, Mineola, NY 11501) prior to the ceremony start and then following the reception. Please see the tentative schedule below, this may change depending on how many people decide on staying at The Viana. From: Hotel (Viana) > To: Venue (Jericho Terrace) One shuttle trip to the venue is planned as of now starting at: 5:30-5:40 PM From: Venue (Jericho Terrace) > To: Hotel (Viana) First shuttle trip will depart at: 11:30 PM for anyone looking to leave the party early. The party will officially end at 12:30 AM Second & FINAL shuttle trip will depart at: 12:45 AM

Both airports are fairly close mile wise, depending on traffic. If you are coming by train, Google and Uber are your best friend :)
