Question
Where will the ceremony and reception be?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will take place at the venue. The ceremony will be outside under a tent facing the pond. The reception will take place under the long beautiful tent behind the house. While we will be in the shade please be prepared to be outdoors for the ceremony as well as the reception. In the case of rain, the tent for the reception will be enclosed to keep everyone dry!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at the venue NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow time for you to park, and find your seat. Please give yourself extra time to get to the venue as there may be some traffic from the race going on in the area.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! There will be a limited open bar, please party accordingly, and have a way to get home safely. If you are worried about the drink choices, feel free to bring your choice of beverage as well.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see our guests in garden party-style attire. As with any wedding, please do not wear white. Remember when picking shoes, the event is outdoors and on the grass.

Can I take pictures and videos?
Answer
Yes! The only request we make is to put your phones away during the CEREMONY. We have hired incredible photographers to capture our ceremony and would love for you to be present when we say "I do". However, there will be a moment at the beginning of the ceremony where the officiant will give our guests time to take out their cell phones and take a couple of pictures.

Can I bring a date?

We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on the wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, there will be a place to respond for them when you RSVP. If you don't receive a plus one, please respect our wishes. Thank you so much for understanding.

Are kids invited?
Answer
Absolutely! We would love for you to bring your entire family to celebrate our special day. Please be sure to keep a very close eye on them throughout the evening, and be aware that there will be loud music and people drinking during the reception. Also, please note there will be a pond right behind the tent that children might be tempted to jump in. There will be NO kids allowed in the pond at any point during the wedding or reception.

What if I don't RSVP in time?
Answer
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors with exact numbers by a certain date. While we will send out reminders, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.

What should I do if I cant make it?
Answer
You will be greatly missed! If you cannot join us for our wedding day, please indicate your regrets on our RSVP's so we can plan accordingly.
