We met on Christmas 2018, good vibes, and absolutely zero expectations. At the time, the timing was terrible, the stars were not aligning, and romance was nowhere on the agenda. Life was happening, and we kept it moving. Fast forward a few years, a lot of growth, and several “look at us now” moments later, timing finally decided to behave. Somehow, without trying too hard or forcing anything, things shifted. Conversations hit different, laughter lasted longer, and what once seemed impossible suddenly made perfect sense. Turns out, patience really does pay off. Then in July 2021, he made it official and asked me to be his girlfriend because some things are worth waiting for.
