DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

Answer

A passport is required for travel to Mexico. Processing times can vary, so we suggest applying early. If it's your first time applying for a passport, you'll need to do so in person.

WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE IN PLAYA DEL CARMEN IN MID-FEBRUARY?

Answer

The average daily temperature in Playa del Carmen in February ranges from 22°C (72°F) to 29°C (84°F). Days tend to be warm and comfortable, while evenings are mild and balmy.

CAN I DRINK WATER IN MEXICO?

Answer

As a rule of thumb, you should stick to bottled or purified water in Mexico. All of the restaurants and hotels only serve purified water and YES, the ice is safe. The key to good health when traveling ANYWHERE is hydration and sunscreen.

WHAT IS THE ATTIRE FOR THE CEREMONY AND PARTY?

Beach formal for the wedding. We suggest no ties! Wear shoes that can be worn on the sand or can be easily taken off!

Your invitation includes the name(s) of the people invited, if you have further questions please reach out to us.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN OR BABY?

Answer

For this occasion, we've decided to keep things adults-only, so please arrange childcare at home if you have little ones.

CAN I SPENT THE DAY AT THE CHABLE IF I’M STAYING AT ANOTHER HOTEL?

Answer

Yes, the hotel will have a list of all the guests not staying at the hotel.

WHAT CURRENCY DO THEY USE IN RIVIERA MAYA?

Answer

The peso is Mexico's national currency, though many places in Cancun, Riviera Maya and Playa del Carmen accept U.S. dollars for convenience. Major credit cards are also accepted in most establishments. Banks offer currency exchange during business hours. Universal ATMs are widely available for cash withdrawals at the current exchange rate, and most ATMs have menus in English. The ATMs only dispense pesos in most cases.

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

If you already know whether or not you can make it, please feel free to let us know as soon as possible on the RSVP tab. The final RSVP will be indicated once the formal invites are sent.

WHAT IF I WANT TO GET MY HAIR AND MAKE UP DONE?

Answer

Most of the Hotels will offer hair and make-up services on-site. Feel free to contact their Concierge team for further assistance.
