There are plenty of places in the nearby towns to book to stay (Bernay and Brionne- about 8-10 minutes away from the Chateau). We have rented the rooms of the Chateau and the surrounding inns but unfortunately we will not have enough space for all of our guests to stay on-site. Rental Car

Rental Car Info

We highly suggest renting a car or coordinating with friends/family to share a car. All wedding events will be held on the Chateau grounds. We will be holding events on the days before and after the ceremony, but there will be free time to explore the nearby towns between wedding events. While trains are always an affordable and fast option for travel between cities in France, you will find that in the countryside having your own car will be a far more convenient and cost-effective way to get around. -Traveling Solo? Contact X&A (well before the wedding) for help finding someone you may know who you could share a car with! -Driving time from CDG airport to the Chateau is approximately 1h45m and an absolutely lovely drive! All major car rental companies are available at CDG airport.

Train

Train- Gare de Bernay

If traveling by train, you will want to arrive at the BERNAY train station from Gare St-Lazare FROM PARIS: leave from Gare St-Lazare. This will give you the option to travel direct to Bernay. Travel time is approximately 1h24m. FROM CDG AIRPORT: option 1) Take the RER B Metro in to Chatelet-Les-Halles and then the Metro from Chatelet to Gare St-Lazare. option 2) Take the RER B Metro in to Paris Gare du Nord. Then, to arrive at Gare St-Lazare you may: take bus, take an uber/taxi (approximately 8 min), or walk (25 min) From St-Lazare, take a train direct to Bernay. Total travel time approximately 2h30m.
