- Staff are required to STAY HOME if they show any symptoms - Staff will go through a 3-point station that will include: temperature check, hand scrub and sanitization before beginning their assigned shift - Kitchen Staff and Service Staff will wear masks and gloves as required by regulatory agencies - All venues will have staff specially assigned to wipe down and sanitize communal areas of the venue - Event Designers will work with clients to optimize social distancing guidelines in controlled situations such as: seating fewer guests to a table, bar lines, dance floor dimensions, etc. - Management will implement a 20-minute rotation to routinely hand wash - Kitchen Staff will implement 20-minute rotation to sanitize working area - Ritz Charles to provide sanitization products and place in prominent areas for guests - As mandates and guidelines evolve, Ritz Charles will alter any procedures that need to be changed in accordance with Local, County, State and Federal regulations.
The ceremony will take place outside in an amphitheater with plenty of room to spread out and social distance. The reception will take place in a tent structure with open air circulation.
