Il Castello di San Ruffino

We've reserved the entire villa for exclusive use during our stay, and we couldn't be more excited to have everyone together to celebrate in one place! Tucked amidst the gentle hills just southeast of Pisa, Il Castello di San Ruffino is a 17th century castle in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. Refurbished with air-conditioning and modern amenities, it provides the perfect bridge between the old world and the new. The property has two buildings - the main villa with a mix of single rooms and two- and three-bedroom suites, and a second building with one- and two-bedroom apartments. Rooms range from €120-200 per night. Since the rooms are all different sizes and many are shared suites, this isn't a typical 'hotel block' where everyone can book individually. To make sure we can comfortably fit all of our guests onsite, we'll have to organize who goes where - a fun little puzzle for us :) Don't worry, you will not be placed with random strangers! It's simply so families and friend groups can stay together and everyone ends up with the right amount of space. When you RSVP, please let us know who you'd be open to sharing a suite with or if you're planning to stay elsewhere. And if you already know you're 100% yes, please feel free to tell us sooner! Once all RSVPs are in, we'll finalize room groupings and send everyone their details, plus a link to book for those nights (with the option to add Sunday or Wednesday depending on your travel plans). There's a restaurant onsite with a daily breakfast buffet and lunch for purchase. Please let us know if you plan on attending breakfasts (8-10am) when you RSVP, the venue is requesting an estimate of how much food to prepare. There are also lots of activities you can book through the venue, or you can explore the area on your own! We know this setup is a little different and we're so grateful for your flexibility and excitement as we make it all come together. We can't wait to have everyone under one (very Tuscan) roof!
