Please RSVP by Friday, June 26, 2026 so we can finalize all the details for the big day. If you’re already 100% certain, feel free to respond anytime before the deadline using the RSVP tab on our wedding website.
Our wedding will be black tie. Gentlemen are asked to wear tuxedos and ladies a formal, floor-length gown. We kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing white, ivory, cream, or neon colors.
Through the partnership between Jos. A. Bank and Men's Wearhouse, you can get fitted locally and choose a convenient pickup/return location. We recommend selecting the Joseph A. Bank in Newport (Long Wharf Mall) for pickup/return. For more information, visit: tuxedo.josbank.com/faq or your local store.
Our ceremony begins at 5:00 PM, we ask guests to arrive at least 15 minutes early to enjoy a welcome drink before getting seated. If you’re staying at one of our hotel blocks, there will be a scheduled shuttle to the venue. Exact pickup times will be shared closer to the date and provided at hotel check-in.
Late September in Newport is usually mild and beautiful, with daytime temps in the low–mid 70s and evenings in the upper 50s. Since the ceremony is on the lawn by the water, it may be a bit breezy and cool off quickly after sunset, we suggest bringing a light wrap or jacket and wearing shoes that work on grass.
We love your little ones (and your partners), but we’re keeping our celebration intimate. Only the guests listed on your invitation will be accommodated. Thank you for understanding, it means so much to celebrate with each of you!
We have hired wonderful photographers to capture the events throughout the day. We would really appreciate all phones and cameras to be put away during the ceremony.
Absolutely! We want to make sure that all of our guests have an enjoyable dining experience at our wedding. If you or anyone in your party has a dietary restriction or food allergy, please let us know when you RSVP so we can we accommodate your needs.
