Arrival time to the reception is flexible between 4:45-5:30 to account for shuttles. A dinner buffet will be served around 6 PM. No parking on site. Please plan to take the shuttle provided. A shuttle will be running every 15 minutes from the Pecos Trail Inn (2239 Old Pecos Trail, Santa Fe, NM 87505) starting at 4:30 PM and shuttling to and from the event all night. There is ample parking at the hotel for your vehicle.
