Book Accomodations ASAP!
Fall is a very popular time of year in Vermont when the city dwellers of the northeast flee their concrete jungles for a reminder of what nature looks like. This annual pilgrimage known as leaf peeping season brings in a flood of tourists, so we recommend booking your accommodations as soon as possible! We suggest first looking at hotels and airbnbs in Middlebury since that is where our welcome party and day-of shuttle are located. We do have a 10-room room block at the Middlebury Courtyard (more info below). If you want to explore other locations, see our suggestions below!
Shuttle
Shuttle to the Wedding

There are no Uber/Lyfts/taxis to get you to and from the wedding. You will need to take the shuttle or drive yourself (if opting to drive, please note the winding mountain/country roads, lack of street lights, and information below for where to park). Shuttles will leave for the wedding at 3 pm. If you are unable to make the 3 pm shuttle departure time, please reach out to our wedding planner Lindsey at 781-254-2944. Return shuttles to Middlebury will run at 9 pm, 10 pm, 11 pm, with last call at 12 am. There will be two pick-up and drop-off locations for guests: 1. Courtyard Middlebury 309 Court Street, US Route 7/ Allen Highway, Middlebury, VT 05753 For guests not staying at the hotel, please do not park in the hotel lot. Use either the Walgreens next door, or the Hannafords across the street. 2. IIsey Public Library Lot 75 Main St, Middlebury, VT 05753 The parking lot is apart of the same parking area used for the Welcome Drinks at the Arcadian the night before.

Parking for the Wedding
If you are driving and not taking the shuttle, please let us know in advance! We need to make sure we have enough space for you and our vendors, as well as head count for shuttle logistics. Please see the linked Google Maps as to where to park, and there will be signs upon arrival.

Flight Information
Burlington is the closest airport at about 45 minutes away, but it’s on the smaller side and has correspondingly limited flight options. If Burlington’s flight times don’t work, or if the idea of small airplanes is already making your palms sweat, there are other larger airports just a bit further away: Albany NY (~2hrs), Manchester NH (~2.5 hrs), Hartford CT (~3.5 hrs), and Boston MA (~3 hrs)

Middlebury is our first suggestion. As a decently sized college town, it has numerous accommodations and is only 15 minutes away from the wedding in Addison. Having said that, Middlebury is one of the first places to fill up during leaf peeping season and may get a bit pricey if you wait to book lodging. If you plan to have a car and are comfortable forgoing the a shuttle service, then you can check out Vergennes (15 mins), Charlotte or Shelburne (30 mins), or Burlington (50 mins) as well!
