Anna and Annie have been friends since they were in the 4th grade. They grew up going to summer camp together, playing sports against each other, and eventually playing on the same team. Although Anna had to go to a different middle school, Annie and Anna have been in school together from the 4th grade all the way through graduation at Texas A&M
Patrick Blackstone
Best Man
Patrick is the 2nd oldest and Ashton's younger brother. They grew up doing everything together, and through their relentless fighting and some growing up, they formed a strong bond of brotherhood and shared experiences. Ashton couldn't have found a better Best Man, or best friend and is so thankful that Patrick gets to be a part of this moment in his life.

Annie's second sister. Elizabeth was Annie's confirmation sponsor in the 8th grade. She was the first of the family to get married and set a high bar as far as weddings go, but Ashton and Annie are trying to set the bar higher.
Nathaniel Blackstone

Nathaniel is Ashton's youngest brother. Nathan is always looking to pick a fight with Ashton and run away before he can do anything, always sending the dumbest videos known to man, and always looking to compete to prove he's the best. Ashton and Annie are so happy to have him be a part of their wedding.

Annie's oldest sister. Katherine got married in the same church Ashton and Annie will! Katherine's wedding in 2019 was when Annie first told people that she had met her special boy.

Chris is Annie's youngest brother. If Annie were writing this she could tell you about all the fighting they did as kids, but the Chris that Ashton got to meet and know, was a strong-willed, passionate, kind-hearted, and devout brother that loved his sister. Although it feels like we're already brothers, now let's make it official.
Julia Blackstone

Ashton's one and only little sister. When Ashton and Annie first started dating Julia was only 11 years old. Annie and Julia will forever be able to bond over what it is like to have 3 older brothers.
Andrew Blackstone

Andrew is Ashton's first cousin and brother from another mother. Though he lived in New Mexico until middle school, the distance didn't stop he and Ashton from becoming inseparable. Andrew and his twin sister Bri shared a dream with Ashton in middle school to buy an Xbox, buy a Mustang, and go to A&M together. Though they never bought any cars in college, they did get to live together and share the amazing experience of attending the best university in Texas.
Madeleine Sophie Sutton

Annie's one and only girl cousin her age. Both of them grew up with 3 brothers and were surrounded by boy cousins. Whenever Madeleine was able to visit Texas from New York, a sleepover was always a must. Although they did not see each other often, it made the time they did get together deeply cherished.
Chase Blackstone

Chase is Ashton's first cousin and the younger brother of Andrew. Chase and Patrick were the same age and growing up they hung out together, and Ashton with Andrew and Bri. In high school they would grow closer, and when Chase got into A&M they would become roommates. Chase and Ashton bonded over watching shows and movies, rock climbing at the rec, and gaming.

Yes, another Anna for the group! Anna and Annie have known each other since they were in the womb. They went to school together since the 4th grade and played basketball together all 4 years of high school. They had one year apart (Annie had to go meet Ashton) and then went on to go to Texas A&M together.
David Novinski

David is Annie's oldest brother. When Ashton first met David he found out that they shared the same major at A&M. New to the industry and filled with questions about the future, Ashton was able to reach out to David for advice and answers that later led to him working for a company he really loves. David and his wife Sam were always there for Ashton and Annie and they're so thankful for their support.

Caitlin and Annie have been in school together since the 4th grade. All of their years together as friends have been full of shenanigans and crazy fits of laughter. Caitlin is mentioned in Ashton and Annie's story. She helped push Annie into getting to know the man who would end up being the love of her life.

Andrew is Annie's second brother. He and Ashton share a love for being outside, camping, and enjoying nature. He met an amazing woman named Shannon and they will be getting married in October in Asheville, North Carolina!
Sydni Hargis

Annie first met Sydni through a church small group, once the end of the semester came the two never saw each other, but a year later Sydni ended up randomly joining the organization that Annie was a part of at Texas A&M. Since then they have become good friends and are both excited to have one another in the Austin area.
Jeremy Han

Jeremy and Ashton have know each other since they were born. They were inseparable as kids and could always come up with the most elaborate plans to get their parents to let them have a sleepover. Even when Jeremy and his family moved to China for a few years as missionaries or moved to New York for his Dad's work, they were always able to come back to each other and begin exactly where they left off.
Makayla Hale

Makayla and Annie met when they received their first ever classroom placements. Both of them happened to be placed in a kindergarten classroom at the same school. They ended up being placed at the same school for the rest of their time at Texas A&M. After going through classes and student teaching together the two became close. They supported each other through the upd and downs of college and teaching.
Ethan Sempsrott

Ethan and Ashton have know each other since they were 3 and 4. Their families were as tight as could be, and everyone had a friend their age. Ashton and Ethan loved exploring the woods and caves around Ethan's house, playing Mario Kart on the Wii, and watching the latest Christopher Nolan films. They even got to go to A&M together. Thank you for being there for us, Ethan!
