How do I get to the ceremony from the hotel?

Answer

The church has plenty of parking! We do encourage friends and family to carpool. Especially those who may not be familiar with city driving! We are asking our guests to start arriving at 1:30. There is some construction on the route, so make sure you double-check the directions before heading to the church! We will be praying for everyone's safety!

What do I need to know about the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be a traditional Catholic Marriage ceremony. Food and drink will not be allowed inside the church, with the exception of water. We do ask that guests arrive promptly to the ceremony so that you can park and find a seat with a comfortable amount of time before we start! Our program for the ceremony will include other details to help you follow along and feel a part of our big day. If you are worried about entertaining little ones during the ceremony. Crayons and coloring pages will be provided!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The church is located in the city, but there is still plenty of parking available for the ceremony. If coming ahead of time we recommend carpooling to and from the hotel to the church! The reception is located directly next to the hotel where we will have a discount code for our guests. There are sidewalks from the hotel to the venue and a shuttle running from the hotel to the venue parking lot for those who need it. There is a parking lot attached to the venue if you would prefer to drive from the hotel to the venue yourself.

What if I need extra time to RSVP?

Answer

We understand that summer is a busy time and that our guests may not know if they are able to come by June 1st. June 1st was selected so that throughout the rest of planning, we would have a good idea for about how many guests to expect. If you need some extra time please know that the RSVP will not be closing on June 1st. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to Ashton and I, or our parents!

Should I come? What should I expect?

Answer

Yes, you should! We want everyone there, if you have made it onto the list, know that we care about you and your presence means the most to us! We are so excited to be surrounded by family and friends to celebrate! It is going to be a fun, exciting, and joy-filled weekend! We know that many of our guests have never been able to travel to North Texas and we have put the time into planning a weekend for our guests to enjoy. Feel free to come on Friday and stay through the weekend! Not only will you be able to soak up the surrounding attractions and make the most out of your trip, but we will also be able to soak up our time with you! We want to have as much time with our guests as we can!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The Novinskis will be providing a discount code for our guests at the Hilton Hotel and Conference Center for the weekend. It is located directly next door to our reception venue. These rooms will have a discounted rate and come with 2 breakfast vouchers. We welcome you to come on Friday, stay on Saturday, and make the most of the weekend! We are eager to spend time with all of our family members. If this hotel is not the right fit for you or your family, there are many other hotels in the area that you are free to use!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We have tried our best to accommodate the many families that we have on our guest list. Please see how your invitation was addressed. Our RSVP will also let you know who is included under your name! Searching your name on the RSVP page of our website will bring up all those we have included in your party. For those who we were able to accommodate please do not be shy to bring your children! Our venue is child-friendly with a playground and outdoor areas for your little ones to run around if needed. The hotel is so close to the venue that you will easily be able to head to your rooms when your family is ready!
