We are hoping to have our ceremony outdoors (weather permitting), but our reception will be held indoors.
While Annie wishes she could have control of the weather, as anyone around here will tell you, October in Washington can either be beautiful and warm or rainy and cold and we are prepared for both options. Highs are typically in the 60s this time of year, and we recommend keeping an eye on the weather as we get closer to the date. A coat rack will be provided in the reception area along with heaters if needed.
Please arrive by 4:15 PM. Our ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM.
Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue! However, we encourage you to Uber or Lyft if you will be taking advantage of the bar.
As much as we would love to include your children in our special day, we would like to keep this an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding!

Cocktail attire. Please feel free to dress up! We recommend suit and tie or sport coat for the men and cocktail dresses or jumpsuits for the ladies. While we are hoping for an outdoor ceremony, it is our goal to keep everyone away from mud or grass that would ruin a nice pair of shoes!
Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony (we will leave that up to our photographer!). However, feel free to take as many photos as you want during the reception.
Our ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM, followed by a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres and drinks. Our reception will follow with dinner, toasts, and dancing. Our reception will end at 10 PM, at which time anyone who would like to can join us for the afterparty! Please note any dietary requirements or restrictions when you RSVP.
The venue is within a short drive of Kirkland, Redmond, and Bellevue, where there are plenty of hotel and Airbnb/Vrbo options. We have not booked a hotel block in order to give everyone flexibility with travel plans, but we encourage you to book accommodations close to downtown Bellevue if you would like to join us at the afterparty. Specially negotiated hotel rates are available at the link in our "Travel" section.
