Welcome & Check In
12:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Koen and Annette will be greeting guests with a welcome drink at the main entrance to Castelnau. This will be a time to become acquainted with the property and check in to your on-site accommodation. Check in time is flexible within this time window.
Welcome Dinner
7:30 pm
Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
Our first evening at Castelnau will be a chance for everyone to relax and enjoy some food and drinks. We will be offering a food truck for dinner!

Breakfast

For the early birds and those still recovering from jetlag, we will be offering a light French-style breakfast. Enjoy the croissants! After breakfast, spend the rest of the morning at leisure enjoying the surroundings and playing yard games!
Lunch
1:00 pm
Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
Buffet lunch and drinks will be served. After lunch there will be time to get ready for the wedding ceremony!
Wedding Ceremony
5:00 pm
Semi-Formal Attire: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
It's time for the main event! We ask guests to arrive at the ceremony location at 4:45 pm and refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
Cocktail Hour
6:00 pm
Semi-Formal Attire: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
We will start off the celebration with a traditional Polish toast. Enjoy some mini appetizers and drinks as you mingle, listen to live music, and don't forget to check out our guest book.
Reception
7:00 pm

Take your seats for our main dinner! Enjoy a plated meal featuring some local French delicacies! There will be speeches, drinks, and of course dessert! Then, the dance party will begin!
Late Night Snack
11:45 pm
Semi-Formal Attire: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
For those of you who want to keep the party going, but need an energy boost, we will be offering a late night snack. Dancing and festivities will continue until around 2:00am.

Pool Party

The pool party begins! Enjoy music, drinks, and games while relaxing by the Castelnau pool! Please note, access to the pool requires walking down (and up during the return) several steps along a hillside.
Ice Cream Truck

It's not summer without ice cream!
BBQ
6:00 pm

Our last dinner together will feature a variety of French meats on the BBQ! (Veggie options will be available too.)
