Question

When should I arrive in Barcelona?

Answer

We recommend flying out on Tuesday, April 28 to arrive in Barcelona on Wednesday, April 29. This gives you time to settle in, adjust to the time difference, and enjoy a relaxed start before our Welcome Party on Thursday, April 30. ⏰ Best Flight Timing: Most international flights to Barcelona are overnight flights, so: Depart: Tuesday evening (April 28) Arrive: Wednesday morning or early afternoon (April 29) in Barcelona If you fly out on Wednesday, April 29, you’ll likely arrive on Thursday, April 30 — the same day as the Welcome Party, which you can still make, but will be very tired! We recommend arriving a day earlier if you can. Traveling on Tuesday gives you time to rest, adjust, and fully enjoy the celebration without feeling rushed or jet-lagged.
