When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by May 30th so we can finalize seating and catering. If we don't hear from you by the deadline, we'll assume you can't make it (but we'll miss you!).

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal We’d love for our guests to join us in celebrating with a touch of elegance and color! We kindly encourage long dresses for women and suits for men. Feel free to have fun with vibrant colors—let your outfit reflect the joy of the day! We've also provided some ~inspiration~ on the "Dress Code and Inspo" tab of our website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. We ask that you arrive by 4 - 4:15 pm to allow time for parking and finding your seat! Guests who arrive past 4:30 will be escorted directly to cocktail hour.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones - we really do! However our wedding will be an adults-only event as our venue is unable to accommodate small children. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available for free in the parking lots to the left and right of the venue. When entering The Strand, you'll want to inform the gate guard that you are here for the Bayer-Amador (or Bamador!) wedding! You are also welcome to Uber or leave your car overnight if needed.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, it will kindly say so on the invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

Yes! We are registered through Amazon! You can find the link under the "Registry" tab of our website.

What's the weather going to be like?

Answer

June in Florida is expected to be hot and humid! While our ceremony will take place outdoors (with plenty of shade), the rest of the evening will be inside the clubhouse.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Naples has plenty of options for hotels, but we've provided our own recommendations under the "Travel" tab of our website.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open bar with a selection of beer, wines, and liquor. We've waited 2,684 days for this so please party accordingly (and responsibly)!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Absolutely! We invite our guests to join us at a Welcome Party on Thursday, June 25th at Harold's Place in Naples. The address is available on the "Schedule" tab! We also invite anyone looking to keep the party going to join as at Beeline in Mercato down the road from our venue following our reception's conclusion at 11 pm! A cash bar will be available.
