Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, cocktail attire. That means LBDs, dark slacks and jackets, dressy jump suits, etc.

Is there parking for the celebration?

Answer

There is a gravel parking lot at the banquet hall. Follow our signs to the parking lot and then luminaries will lead you down the walking path to the banquet hall! (Handicapped parking is available directly adjacent to the the banquet hall - please ask Anne and Stephanie for more information.)

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of hotel rooms reserved at SpringHill Suites by Marriott (Chester). We also have 4 cabins (room for 8 each) and the lodge booked at Pocahontas State Park.

What time should I arrive at the celebration?

Answer

Cocktail hour will begin at 4pm. Dinner will be served at 5pm. Dancing and shenanigans will ensue!
