What is the dress code?

Answer

Black-tie Optional / Formal Attire Required: Gentleman are asked to wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie, and ladies wear an evening gown or midi or knee length cocktail dress. We kindly request you avoid jeans/khakis, casual wear and light colored suits.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under 16 on our wedding day. We encourage you to use our wedding as chance to have a great date night!

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list to meet our venue restrictions. The number of guests invited will be listed on the final invitation with the RSVP section. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 15th via the RSVP card sent with your invite. Please me sure to initial next to your meal selection as well.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please be sure to list any food allergies on the bottom of your RSVP card and we will work with the hotel to make accommodations.

What time should I arrive and where do I park?

Answer

We request that guests arrive by 5:00pm. Hotel Carmichael offered complimentary valet parking, but there are also free parking garages near the hotel as well. All parking in Carmel, IN (including street parking) is free, so you shouldn't have issues finding a spot!

Will the wedding be outside?

Answer

Yes, weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outside on the palladium. Cocktail hour and reception will be hosted inside after the ceremony concludes.
