Time Change
Our wedding will take place in Eastern Time, so if you’re traveling from out of state, be sure to double-check your devices and calendars. Some nearby areas (like parts of Illinois or northwest Indiana) are in Central Time, so don’t let the time change sneak up on you—we’d hate for anyone to miss the good stuff!
Hotel
Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel
We have a limited block of rooms reserved at the Renaissance. If the block is full, you can book directly with the Renaissance or consider nearby hotels. We recommend the Residence Inn Indianapolis Carmel or the SpringHill Suites Indianapolis Carmel, as both are within walking distance of the Renaissance. Transportation to and from the venue will be provided from the Renaissance.

Getting Around
The venue and our recommended accommodations in Carmel are about 35 minutes from the Indianapolis airport. Uber and Lyft are usually available, but keep in mind that Carmel is a suburb, so wait times can occasionally be longer, especially during busy periods. If you prefer more flexibility, consider renting a car to make getting around easier. Parking is generally straightforward in the area
