Totally optional, but if you’re in town early, feel free to join us at Red Key Tavern, one of Indy’s oldest and most iconic dive bars. It’s where Anne and Kyle got engaged and part of their Thursday night tradition! Drinks and food (with a limited menu) will be available. This casual gathering is for the wedding party and close family who are in town and want to kick off the weekend together.

Rehearsal Dinner

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
The rehearsal dinner is a special gathering for close family and those directly involved in the wedding ceremony. If you're part of this group, you'll receive a separate invitation. Afterward, we’ll all walk over together to join everyone at the welcome drinks and kick off the celebrations. For full menu details, refer to the rehearsal dinner enclosure in your invitation. Unfortunately due to space we can't have your little ones join us for this!

Kick off the festivities with a relaxed evening at a local Indianapolis brewery! This is a great chance to mingle with the couple and fellow wedding guests. We’ll have a reserved space upstairs with beer, wine, non-alcoholic drinks, pizza, and other light bites. Everyone including your little ones can join us for this kick off!

To ensure a smooth and timely arrival for all, we've arranged two shuttles from the Renaissance Hotel to Black Iris Estate. Please board the shuttle that aligns with your group: Shuttle #1 3:30 PM Arrival | 3:40 PM Departure Intended for: -Immediate and extended family members -Plus-ones of the wedding party -Family members of the wedding party Shuttle #2 4:05 PM Arrival | 4:10 PM Departure Intended for: -All other guests We appreciate your cooperation in boarding the appropriate shuttle to help us maintain our schedule!

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you can enjoy a night off to relax, celebrate, and have fun with us! Additionally, we do plan on having the ceremony outside if weather cooperates. Note: The venue has a zero tolerance policy on outside alcohol. We promise you won't need to bring any :) Reminder: We're on Eastern Time!
Send Off + Closing Time

Our send-off is planned for 10:50 PM, with transportation back to the Renaissance provided immediately afterward. For those who’d like to head back earlier, we’ll have additional transportation runs starting at 9:30. The shuttle will continue making trips from the venue to the Renaissance until 11:45. While we don’t have a formal after-party planned, the Renaissance Hotel Bar will be open until 1am for anyone looking to enjoy a nightcap!
