Jeez, finally!

We first met on August 18th of 2014! Anne was the lead snare of our high school drumline, and Cameron was just starting out on cymbals as the new guy. Anne taught him how to read cymbal music, and how to hold them correctly. He was the first person Anne ever had to teach music to, so she was intimidated. But Cameron thought Anne was cool right away 😎

We went out to eat and see a movie, followed by Anne meeting his parents for the first time! 🍿

This was the first day we admitted how serious we were about being together!

Our first kiss was while we were watching Pirates of the Caribbean on DVD! 🏴‍☠️

We were in a really tough place, but we were able to move past it and become a better couple!

We finally plucked up the courage to let our friends and family know that we were dating!

Cameron decided after one year of dating that he wanted to marry Anne, and sealed it with a promise ring!

The day we moved into our apartment and Cameron got to experience living with Anne and her bird, Rosie!

Cameron told Anne he had an early Christmas present for her, and gave her a card. The card told her that he loves her, and that everyone expects special things to happen on special days, but no one expects special things on ordinary days. The end of the card told Anne that her promise ring was getting old and needed an upgrade. Then he pulled out the ring and proposed! 💍
