What are the COVID safety protocol?

In light of COVID-19, we have decided to significantly downsize our wedding and take extra precautions to prioritize the comfort and safety of our guests. We are respectfully requesting that our guests get tested for COVID within a few days of our wedding and/or be very diligent about social distancing in the two weeks leading up to the date. We realize this is a lot to ask, so if this is not possible for you, we fully understand your decision not to attend. We are carefully tailoring each aspect of our wedding to allow guests to space out and enjoy themselves as safely as possible, including measures such as spaced out seating at the ceremony, individualized meals, flexible dinner time and seating, and a larger-than-necessary tent to allow for ample spacing. This will be a flexible, outdoor event and guests should feel comfortable to do whatever makes them feel safe. We love you all dearly and respect any decisions you make regarding your attendance and participation.

All wedding events will take place at Sterling Ridge Resort in Jeffersonville, VT. Here is the address: 155 Sterling Ridge Dr Jeffersonville, VT 05464 There is plenty of parking onsite, and guests staying in cabins will be able to park at their respective cabins.

Dress to impress yourself only! Vermont wedding attire means choose your footwear wisely and leave your tux at home! The weather in Vermont is unpredictable and summer nights can get chilly, so bring layers. Most importantly, come prepared to cut a rug!

The cabins have plenty of amenities (see the accommodations tab), so no need to bring bedding, dishes, toilet paper, etc. We will be serving food and adult beverages at the main events, but those staying at Sterling Ridge should feel free to bring your own libations to enjoy during your down time. This is a get-in-touch-with-nature kind of venue, so bug spray and sunscreen are highly recommended! Comfortable clothing and shoes and lots of layers are highly recommended (check out our "Things to Do" page to get activity ideas!). And don't forget your swim suit!
