What is a cocktail-style reception?
Answer
We have chosen to have a cocktail-style reception for our wedding, which means after the ceremony, the drinking/dancing/eating starts! There is no formal seated dinner, but instead there will be passed hors d'oeuvres, food stations, and a buffet available for the majority of the evening.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Unfortunately, kids are not welcome at the wedding. We'd be happy to see them over the weekend, however, and can recommend some child care suggestions if you do decide to bring them to New Orleans.

What COVID-19 protocols are you following?
Answer
We are following guidance from the City of New Orleans, which states that to access indoor dining areas (including our welcome party and wedding venues), individuals age 5+ must show proof of full vaccination, or negative test to access certain businesses. For more details, please check out the NOLA Ready Website: https://ready.nola.gov/incident/coronavirus/safe-reopening/ Our ceremony and reception will be predominantly held outdoors, but we encourage anyone who feels more comfortable wearing a mask to do what is right for them!
