Lindsey is Anna's older sister. She's always been patient having Anna as a younger sister, even when Anna was eating her Easter chocolate bunnies, or biting her on the shoulder, or deciding that yelling "Go Power Rangers" and tackling her in a movie theater was appropriate behavior.
Benjamin “Benjisan” Padleckas
Best Man
Benji is the best brother and friend a man could ever ask for. From waging weeklong wars in the basement, building forts in the woods, blasting each other with paintballs and wandering the streets of Vilnius, Ben’s love for adventure has resulted in so many awesome stories and amazing memories. Ben is always caring, considerate, and ready to go out of his way to help with anything. From Alaska to Bonaire, San Diego to Lithuania, his adventurism is infectious, and Anna and Nick are so excited to have him stand (way taller than Nick...) at the altar with them!
David "Daviday" Clinton
Ring Bearer
Anna's oldest nephew is the king of four square and excels in ring bearing. You'll be able to find him on the dance floor probably on top of Aaron Grzegorzeswki's shoulders by the end of the night,
Scott "Scootes" Clinton

Anna's youngest nephew is a video-editing, ring carrying pro! He'll be one of the ring bearers for the event and be sure to look out for him on the dance floor and as he works the crowd initiating stimulating conversation.
Abby and Kate Gouge
Flower Girl
Our wonderful flower girls will be the daughters of Nick's cousins, Kelly and Jared Gouge. Abby and Kate are excited about their roles as flower girls (even if the chapel won't allow us to actually throw flowers). We are so thrilled to have these funny and beautiful girls help us out on our special day.
Ellen "Ell Bell" Grzegorzewski

Ellen is Anna's younger sister. Whether it was going to a new school, having to do late tryouts for sports because of their moves, or having full out brawls over clothes, she's always been by Anna's side. Fun fact: Anna still asks Ellen for math help to this day.
Annie "Frizzle" Cutchen

Annie Cutchen has been Anna's work wife since 2018. They bonded over a shared love of bourbon, their dogs Indy and Pablo, and flying. They have traveled all around the world together and have had countless adventures and laughs. One of Anna's favorite moments is watching a deployment sunset behind the carrier as the two of them got to finally fly together. Annie was there when Anna and Nick met, for their engagement, and basically every milestone they've had as a couple.
Emily "Em" Fusco

Emily and Anna met through the 2015 Notre Dame Alumni Facebook group. Anna was in need of another roommate and was able to use the Facebook group to get in contact with Emily. Their first unofficial meeting was at the best bar in San Diego, Trailer Park After Dark. It was at this moment they realized they were destined to be roommates. Throughout the pandemic, Emily kept the house sane with her custom cocktails of the week, family Sunday brunch, and introducing her dog Tally to the family. Whether it is in Croatia or the annual Brantmas reunion destination, Em is always up for an adventure and copious amounts of laughs (and Smirnoff Ices).
Kelsey "Kels" Hutchinson

Kelsey and Anna met during ROTC Summer Orientation at the University of Notre Dame. She has always been a mama bear to Anna. Throughout their entire time at school, Kelsey would help Anna every step of the way. Whether it was through ROTC, running, or even engineering, Kels helped keep Anna on track. She has been a staple in helping Anna become the person she is today and she's always looked out for her. She knew from the get-go that Nick was perfect for Anna. She's been an amazing friend to the both of them and they are thrilled that she can be with them on their special day.
Lizzie "#Swag" Quinlan

Lizzie and Anna met during ROTC Orientation at the University of Notre Dame in the summer of 2011. They quickly became fast friends after they discovered a love of whiskey, fanny packs, and ridiculous hashtags. Throughout senior year of college, Lizzie (#Swag) and Anna (#Holla) took it upon themselves to document every senior event with copious amounts of selfies. Legend says that they took over 300 selfies and visited The Backer almost 100 times that last year of school.
Brigitte "Helga" Kleiber

Brigitte has been Anna's friend since Freshman year of High School. Whether it was through volleyball and crew camp at USNA, having fake rock concerts on the bus to crew practice, or being obsessed with meeting Toby Keith (t-shirts to match), these two had zero fear of being absolute goofballs together in the halls of Washington-Lee High School. Surprisingly, they were not voted "Coolest Kids" in High School.
Lila "Cool J" Malloy
Junior Bridesmaid
Cool J, as she's so lovingly referred to by her cousins, is Anna's youngest cousin. She excels in volleyball, swimming, and has an impressive knowledge of all things Star Wars. She may even be able to tell you how the Millennium Falcon made the Kessel run in less than 12 parsecs.
Kaylynn "Kay" Henry
Junior Bridesmaid
Kaylynn is Nick's younger sister and specializes in all things Harry Potter and has no fear. She couldn't wait to jump in the aircraft with her big brother when they visited Ashville last November. She'll be one of Anna's Junior Bridesmaids.
Martin “Martín” Zuber
Groomsman
Martin and Nick met on one fateful day in July in 2010, and, despite Martin's best efforts, have been inseparable ever since. While roommates for all four years at the Naval Academy, Nick comforted Martin during the hard times like Martin's first snowfall, and Martin taught Nick everything he's ever forgotten about Texas. Nick taught Martin how to snowboard, and Martin taught Nick the "Boot Scootin' Boogie" - both about equally well. Martin has been there for every phase of Anna and Nick's relationship, including the delivery of the big question, and it will truly be an honor to have Martin standing next to us next July!
Alden “CaSPR” Marton

Alden and Nick met in the bed of the ole' Avalanche on a beach road in Corpus Christi. That sentence alone should provide insight into just how awesome this friendship was going to be. Their friendship has been forged in fire (lasers, steamer burners, $hands trying to burn down the backyard) and steel (100,000 tons of freedom, woodshop tools, and what they should have used for the structure of the PB Palace). From the swamps of the Gulf Coast, the sands of San Diego, the slopes of the High Sierras, and the desserts of Dubai, Alden has always been down to shred. Nick wouldn't trade this friendship for all the marbles in the world!
Taylor “Bush” Dunlap

Taylor and Nick met in the depths of the Naval Academy's most vile torture facility, Rickover Hall. Throughout their time at USNA, Taylor and Nick would rack up well over double digits of all-nighters and an order of magnitude higher number of cups of coffee to get their reports in on time. This skillset would unknowingly become vital in their future test pilot school courses of study. Taylor and Nick kept close in flight school as roommates in Corpus Christi, weekly Cosmic Encounters opponents in Pensacola, airplane mechanics in Pax River and will shortly be test pilots together. Anna and Nick can't wait for Taylor to stand up with them (remaining distant from Rickover, of course).
Cameron “FNG” Little

Cameron and Nick became fast-friends in the depths of Rickover Hall at the Naval Academy. Unlike Nick and Taylor, Cameron responsibly finished his perfect reports on time and never even yawned in class. Cam and Nick became roommates in Pensacola and Corpus Christi, learning how to fly by playing a daily round of twilight golf, watching Top Gun and shredding the skies in our roommate-based War Thunder squadron with some actual flight school sprinkled in somewhere. Nick and Anna are ecstatic and honored to have Cam stand with us this July!
Tyler “Brick” Trainor

Tyler and Nick really started to hang out in Flight School, but really didn't know how close they would become until sharing a stateroom on deployment. You can't get much closer than that, literally! Listening to a smattering of Starbrick's greatest hits and Blink-182, Tyler, Nick and the boys would shred the streets of San Diego, hit the waves, toss back Cali Burritos and let the dice fly. Sweet, sweet Brick was a huge part of Anna and Nick's relationship, always being down to clown around. We're honored to have you hang 10 with us Brick-san!
Aaron “Alphabet” Grzegorzewski

Aaron and Nick met in the great halls of what will always be known as the "Brant Street Mansion" of San Diego, and again in the extremely confined halls of the USS Nimitz. A couple of Bud Lights later, they knew their friendship would blossom like a watermelon in a pool. After discovering that Aaron was dating Anna's sister, Nick was stoked because he hoped it meant he would have the coolest Brother-in-Law ever. Hopes will become success! We are so stoked to have Aaron stand up with us as proud as he does for Navy against all of our opponent teams (including Notre Dame), and cannot wait to officially be brothers-in-law!
