Please be ready and waiting in front of your lodging at the shuttle pickup time. If you are staying at Edgewater Inn or The Earl, you may walk across the street to the Weathervane to hop on. Look for the Sunset Premier Shuttle. 3:00 PM AmericInn Charlevoix 3:10 PM Charlevoix Inn & Suites 3:20 PM Weathervane Terrace Inn & Suites *This is also the pickup location for Edgewater Inn and The Earl. Return service will begin at 9:30 PM. The shuttle will make frequent runs to the aforementioned Charlevoix hotels on an as-needed basis until the night ends at 11 PM.

*VERY limited Uber/Lyft/Taxi options in Charlevoix, MI and throughout Northern Michigan. *FREE shuttle service will be available to and from hotels in Charlevoix, MI to the venue. *Please note, Charlevoix has a drawbridge that goes up on the half hour and hour mark on one side of town and the Ironton Car Ferry (~10 minute ferry ride, $5/CASH only) on the other side of town that will impact travel to the Charlevoix Yacht Club. The Cherry Capital Airport (TVC) in Traverse City, MI is the nearest airport. The airport is a one hour drive from Charlevoix, MI. Booking a rental car is advised as there are few to no Uber, Lyft, or Taxi services in Northern Michigan. Alternate airport options in Michigan: Detroit Metro Airport DTW (4 hour drive), Lansing Airport LAN (3 hour drive), and Grand Rapids Airport GRR (3 hour drive).
