Festivities begin at 4:00 PM with the wedding ceremony at the Charlevoix Yacht Club.
There will be a free shuttle to and from hotels in Charlevoix. There is also free, ample parking at the Charlevoix Yacht Club venue and directly next door at Ferry Beach. There is NOT reliable rideshare services like Uber or Lyft. Please reach out if you have questions or need help making transportation plans. We want everyone to be safe! SHUTTLE PICKUP SCHEDULE: Please be ready and waiting in front of your lodging at the shuttle pickup time. If you are staying at Edgewater Inn or The Earl, you may walk across the street to the Weathervane to hop on. Look for the Sunset Premier Shuttle. 3:00 PM AmericInn Charlevoix 3:10 PM Charlevoix Inn & Suites 3:20 PM Weathervane Terrace Inn & Suites *This is also the pickup location for Edgewater Inn and The Earl. Return service will begin at 9:30 PM. The shuttle will make frequent runs to the aforementioned Charlevoix hotels on an as-needed basis until the night ends at 11 PM.
Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at the Charlevoix Yacht Club. The ceremony will be outside (inside in the event of inclement weather) and the reception will be inside.
Please join us in celebrating in semi-formal or cocktail attire. That means dresses, skirts, jumpsuits, suits, and sport coats.

BOOK EARLY- it's Memorial Day weekend and places may fill up early! There will be a free shuttle service to and from Charlevoix hotels to the wedding venue.
The drawbridge opens three minutes before to three minutes after the hour and half-hour between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. daily. Traffic can get quite backed up around the hour and half hour, so please build in buffer time to your schedule for traveling to the venue. If you are staying in Charlevoix, Bay Harbor, Petoskey, or Boyne City (or at Boyne Mountain), you will likely encounter the drawbridge. If you are staying in East Jordan, or plan to approach the venue from the south end of Lake Charlevoix, you may encounter the Ironton Ferry instead. The Ironton Ferry is a car and pedestrian Ferry to enable crossing the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix. It's a roughly 1/8 mile crossing and is a ~10 minute ferry ride (plan for 20-30 minutes as there is often a line to get on the ferry). The ferry runs from 6:30AM to 10:30PM and is CASH ONLY. Cost is $5 per car.
