Because our wedding is happening over a holiday weekend during ski season, we recommend booking your travel and lodging as soon as possible in order to receive the best pricing and options.

Denver International Airport

About a 2 hour, beautiful drive to Vail, CO. DIA hosts many airlines, and is a hub for United and Frontier Airlines as well as a focus spot for Southwest Airlines. Upon landing, there are many rental car options and if you're a confident snowy mountain driver, then we say go for it! Otherwise, we recommend utilizing one of the many shuttle or charter bus services that will drop you off at your lodging in Vail. Many services require a reservation, so make sure you contact them ahead of time! Shuttle services to Vail from DIA can be found here:

Eagle County Regional Airport

A quick 35-40 minute drive from Vail, CO. Airlines that fly into this airport are: American Airlines, Delta, and United. Upon landing, we recommend taking an uber/lyft/taxi or utilizing one of the bus or shuttle services to your lodging of choice. Transportation options from the airport can be found here:

Travel Note

Bustang - Alternate Shuttle Service from Denver to Vail

An alternate shuttle service option to Epic Mountain Express (found in the DIA link listed above), the Bustang provides service from Denver Union Station to Vail Village Transportation center for just $17 per adult. Reserve your ticket in advance and board the 'West Line' Shuttle Bus from Denver Union Station (Gate B4 in the underground bus concourse). Hop off at the Vail Transportation Center.

A block of rooms have been reserved for the weekend. It is $129 a night with the group discount code (below). This includes parking and breakfast. Located in the neighboring town of Avon, this hotel is about a 10 minute drive from our wedding venue, 15 minutes to Vail Village, and a 7 minute drive to Beaver Creek Village. There is a shuttle service from this hotel that goes to the neighboring Beaver Creek Village.

Located in the neighboring historic town of Minturn, this boutique hotel is about a 10-15 minute drive from our wedding venue. Room rates range from $180-$260 a night. "Minturn is ideally situated between Vail and Beaver Creek, just five miles to either resort.
