Yes, you can get data through Mobile Wifi's if you do not have access to a Nigerian Sim. These can be purchased from mobile company stores at SHOPRITE Mall Lekki. An alternative option is if you can get some apps like Nomad E-Sim or through the UK post office you can possibly get an e-sim that you can use while in Nigeria to stay connected.

Lagos is highly expensive so depending on how long you stay, we suggest a minimum spend of £600 which should last for 5 days or a week. But if you plan to stay longer than a week then you need over £600. However, do not change all your holiday money at once. You can change it in bits when you need to make purchases.
