Question

When and where is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding is on Thursday November 12th, 2026. The ceremony starts at 4:00pm, with the reception beginning at 5:00pm. Both the ceremony and reception are located at 9612 Crescent Dr, Odessa, FL 33556. The ceremony will be held outdoors, and we will move inside for the reception! The reception should end at 9:00pm.!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than September 12th, 2026! If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided it will be marked as No. If an emergency situation comes up after the RSVP deadline where you no longer can attend, please let the bride or groom know as soon as possible.

What time should we arrive?

Answer

The Ceremony starts at 4:00pm promptly. We advise all guest to arrive no later than 3:45pm. If you arrive after 4:00pm you will be asked to wait until after the Ceremony is over to be seated. Please do not be late!

What should we wear?

Answer

Dress to impress! Please abide by the black-tie dress code meaning dresses, jumpsuits, suits or bottom shirts with slacks! We ask that you please refrain from wearing sage green, an all-black outfit and of course white! If you have any specific questions on your outfit, please reach out to the bride or groom!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

You may not bring a plus one. In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated.

Can I take photos throughout the night?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phone and camera away during the ceremony. Please do not record videos, take pictures or use live during our ceremony. We want you all present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer that will capture the ceremony for us. During the reception yes you may take photos and videos! However, we ask that you please not post anything on social media until after we do.

Is there a free bar?

Answer

We will have bar services during the reception. The drink selections range from beers, wines, sodas, water and the bride and groom's signature drinks. We will also be having a coffee station! Please be advised that only beers, wines and signature drinks will be served.
