Holiday Inn Concord Downtown
We have a hotel block reserved at the Holiday Inn in Downtown Concord for Sunday the 19th and Monday the 20th. For booking, The link will bring you to the hotel booking page. Once the dates are inserted, Royer and Carignan should appear. When booking, follow the prompts, enter your credit card number, and you will receive a confirmation afterwards. No charges will take place until check in. Alternatively you can call the front desk and state the dates you'd like to stay as well as our last names Royer & Carignan. The desk will be able to pull up the discountd rate to help you reserve a room. At that time they will also take a credit card to hold the reservation.
Shuttle
Shuttle buses from downtown Concord to the venue
May 20, 2024 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm
The first bus will depart from the Holiday in at 172 N Main Street in Concord at 2:30 pm. The second and last bus will depart from the same location at 3:00pm. Look for Weare school buses! Please note the bus can accomodate 50 passengers at a time.
Shuttle
Shuttle from the venue back to downtown Concord
May 20, 2024 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm
The first shuttle bus will depart from the Barn at Bull Meadow at 8:00 pm to return to the Holiday Inn in Downtown Concord. There will be another 8:30 pm shuttle from the Barn to The Holiday Inn. The last shuttle bus will depart the Barn at 9:00 pm to return to the Holiday Inn at 9:15 pm. Look for Weare school buses! Please note the bus can accomodate 50 passengers at a time.
