As the sister of the bride, I’m basically guaranteed to be in the bridal party. But, seeing that I’m the maid of honor, I guess Annabella really does love me. Besides getting to stand at my sisters side and support her on her special day, there are 2 things about this wedding that bring me great joy — first, seeing my sister marry a man who loves her and makes her happy, and second, getting to hold Jack under threats to ensure that he will cry when his lovely bride walks down the aisle.

I am so grateful to be going on 15 years of friendship with someone as wonderful, kind, loving, and loyal as Annabella. We met in the 5th grade and became besties in the 6th. Annabella became my built in bestie during a time that felt really lonely. We loved doing everything together - from reading the hunger games, making music videos, baking, or writing our own musicals. Even as we started going to different high schools, and eventually colleges, we were with each other every step of the way. She was always there to answer my many FaceTime calls, talk about our futures, and comfort eachother during hard times. I am beyond excited to celebrate Annabella and Jack as they start their lives together! Love you Annabella and Jack! Let’s get you married!

Annabella and I have been besties since 6th grade, and she has truly been such a blessing in my life. Even though we live states away from each other now, our friendship has never wavered. She stood by my side not long ago, and I cannot wait to stand by hers. She radiates the fruits of the Spirit and has continually encouraged me in my faith. I met Annabella first through church and then through our sorority. We were never roommates, but whenever we weren’t together, people asked us where the other one was. I met Jack when I threw a bouncy ball at him. Annabella and Jack love each other a lot - they make a really good couple. They are like a laffy taffy. They got some weird but they are both super sweet!!

Annabella and I became friends senior year of college when we would get coffee after serving childcare at the church on Thursday mornings. We soon realized both of us were moving to Des Moines after graduation and decided to be roommates :). Annabella has been the best friend while living in Des Moines. I can always count on her for deep talks, dance parties and all the in betweens of life. So happy to be a part of her and Jacks big day.

I’m Ty Langenberg and I’ve know Jack for as long as I can remember. We grew up together with a tight group of friends and created countless memories together through baseball and pickup basketball games. Many of the moments that I remember most from my childhood include Jack. We’ve always been competitive and it’s something that has made our friendship even better as we continued to grow through high school and beyond. Although life has taken us in different directions, we’ve remained close with the occasional bonfires and card nights where he generously donates a few dollars to me.
