What is the dress code?

Our wedding will be Black-tie optional/Formal - Floor-length gowns, tuxedos, or formal suits are encouraged.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your children, our wedding will be an adults-only weekend. Thank you for understanding, and we hope you enjoy a little time for yourselves!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we’re only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to get settled and enjoy some pre-ceremony music.

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The celebrations will be held at Coombe End Manor, a beautiful private estate in the Cotswolds. Exact directions and parking info can be found on our “Travel & Accommodation” page.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there’s ample parking available on-site. There will be someone guiding you on arrival to park in the nearby grassy area once on the property. If you’re staying nearby, we also recommend pre-booking taxis for convenience.

Do you have hotel or accommodation recommendations?

Answer

There are plenty of Airbnbs, countryside boutique pubs, and hotels throughout the villages surrounding the venue that we would highly recommend looking into for that countryside experience. Cheltenham Spa is the nearest town with a wide range of accommodations. We’ve added plenty of recommendations with booking details on the Travel page.

Are all events mandatory?

Not at all! All events are an invitation, not an expectation. We’re simply thrilled to celebrate with you in whatever capacity you can join.

When should I arrive in England?

Answer

We suggest arriving by Thursday, as our Welcome Party in London kicks off the weekend festivities that evening, however we recommend arriving into the countryside by Friday if you cannot make the welcome party!

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

London Heathrow (LHR) is the most convenient international airport, located about a 90-minute drive from the Cotswolds. Alternatively, London Gatwick offers an excellent express train service directly into central London.

Will transportation be provided between events?

Answer

We will be providing shuttle transport from a central location in Cheltenham to the venue, Coombe End Manor, and back again at the end of the evening on the wedding day. Full details will be shared closer to the date.

What’s the best way to get to and from the venue if you aren't getting the shuttle?

Answer

If you plan to take a taxi to and from your accommodation, we highly recommend booking in advance. The venue is quite rural, so Uber's may be difficult to arrange. We will provide a list of local taxi companies closer to the date.

What’s the weather like?

Answer

Late August in England is typically mild and pleasant, around 20–25°C (68–77°F). We suggest bringing a light wrap or jacket for the evening and will update you closer if we anticipate any rain.

Your presence is truly our present! We do not have a registry, but if you do feel inclined, we’d be so grateful for a contribution to our honeymoon fund.
