Thea Yates is my cousin's wife and my best friend. Ever since my cousin and she were engaged two years ago me and Thea have become very close. Through planning her wedding to bounding over my cousin, Nick, being the most annoying and loving guy on the planet (love you, Nick), we have become best friends in my book. She has already been very active in helping me plan mine and Troy's big day and has been out biggest cheerleader on this journey to being husband and wife. I could not imagine planning my big day without her being my right-hand lady.
Allen Wayne Thompson
Best Man
Allen Wayne Thompson in Troy’s dad. They work along side each other everyday and have for Troy’s entire life. So, being without him by Troy’s side on one of biggest days of his life just didn’t seem right. When I asked him who he wanted to choose as his best man there was no hesitation he wanted his dad. It’s sweet to see their relationship and Troy couldn’t ask for a better best man.

Maddie is my college roommate and best friend. We met my sophomore year at Southern Union State Community College during a very confusing and mostly unorganized Spanish class, so please never ask us to say something in Spanish because we will probably just laugh. Countless nights are spent in our apartment planning and organizing this wedding and I can't ask for a better roommate and friend. Maddie has been with me through so many journeys in college and I couldn't imagine walking down the aisle without my best friend.

Travis Thompson is Troy’s cousin but might as well be one of his brothers. When it came time to decide on who Troy would have standing with him on our big day Travis was always one of the first in his list.

Ah, Maya. She is my super smart doctor friend (she is a veterinarian) and my college roommate. When I told her I was probably about to get engaged she was just like "I need details". She has been so supportive through this whole journey if even she lives so far away in Kentucky right now. I am so glad that she agreed so long ago to be by my side on this big day. She truly is a one of a kind and I can't picture my big day without her.

Jonathon Thompson is Troy’s older brother who he also works alongside everyday. They may give each other a hard time most of the time, but they are brothers at heart. When I asked Troy who he wanted as his groomsmen there wasn’t much question. His brothers were the men for the job.
Katherine Thompson

Katherine is Troy's cousin, Travis's wife, and Kyleigh's mama. Yes, we have the whole family in the wedding that is just what we do :). Katherine is one of the first people to know that Troy and I started dating. Every step of the way Katherine has been supportive and so nice to me and us our entire relationship. She is a friend and most importantly family. Through many river trips, late nights watching the guys cook, and late-night talks Katherine has been one of our biggest supporters. Our big day would not feel right without her standing by my side.
Hayden Thompson

Hayden Thompson is Troy’s younger brother. These two are a mess to be around. There is doubting they are brothers! We couldn’t imagine on our big day without Troy’s siblings standing with us as we say I do.

Bro. Kermit has been my pastor since I was a teenager and he is the current pastor of my home church in which Troy and I are getting married in. I couldn't imagine asking anyone else to officiate our wedding.
Kyleigh Thompson
Flower Girl
This is Troy's cousin, but we call her our niece. She is the daughter of Travis and Katherine Thompson. I know our wedding would not be the same without Kyleigh having some part in it. She is such a big part of Troy's and my life that we knew she was the right little girl for the job.
