Mountain Hikes
BERRY PICKER A scenic hike that climbs to the top of Vail Mountain. Once you reach the summit, you can take the gondola back down without a lift pass. BOOTH FALLS A moderate out-and-back hike leading to a picturesque waterfall, with the option to continue farther into Booth Lake for a longer trek. BEAVER CREEK LAKE A steady hike through alpine terrain that ends at a peaceful mountain lake, offering beautiful views and a quieter alternative to busier trails. HANGING LAKE A stunning hike to a turquoise lake and waterfalls in Glenwood Canyon. This trail requires an advance reservation and is strictly regulated to protect the area.
Golfing
VAIL GOLF CLUB A scenic course along Gore Creek featuring mountain views and a classic layout in the heart of Vail. EAGLEVAIL GOLF CLUB A championship regulation course offering a traditional mountain golf experience, along with a Par 3 micro course that’s also used for Soccer Golf. EAGLE RANCH GOLF CLUB A well-regarded mountain course with wide fairways and elevated views, located just west of Vail. GYPSUM CREEK GOLF COURSE The most affordable option in the area, offering a relaxed atmosphere and open terrain with views of the surrounding valley.
Pickleball
AVON – HARRY A. NOTTINGHAM PARK Six outdoor courts available at no cost, located in a central park setting along the Eagle River. EAGLEVAIL COURTS FACILITY Eight courts in EagleVail. A $10 donation is requested to support court maintenance. VAIL - GOLDEN PEAK Well-maintained courts at Golden Peak with a $25 drop-in fee.

COLORADO SNOWSPORTS MUSEUM AND HALL OF FAME Located in Vail Village, this compact museum highlights the history of skiing and snowboarding in Colorado, including pioneers, athletes, equipment, and the 10th Mountain Division. Free admission. BETTY FOR ALPINE GARDENS Set in Ford Park on the east side of Vail, the gardens feature high-altitude plant collections from around the world in a beautiful mountain setting. Free entry. VAIL VILLAGE FARMERS' MARKET & ART SHOW Held Sundays from 9:30 AM–3:00 PM, this open-air market along East Meadow Drive features local produce, food vendors, art, and live music. VAIL OKTOBERFEST Oktoberfest will be taking place in Vail Village during the wedding weekend, featuring traditional food, beer, and live music. This is an optional local event for guests who may be arriving early or staying through the weekend.
