Suits and ties are welcome; tuxedos are not required. Ladies are encouraged to wear long or midi-length dresses. Please plan for cooler evening temperatures.

September weather in Vail is typically warm during the day and cooler in the evening. We recommend bringing a light jacket.

The ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception will include both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Denver International Airport (DEN) and Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) are the closest options. More details are available on the Travel page.

Where is the wedding located?

Answer

The wedding will take place at Donovan Pavilion, which is located in Vail, Colorado. For reference, Edwards is about 10 miles west of Vail, Avon is approximately 8 miles west, and Minturn is about 6 miles west of Vail.

There is a parking lot at Donovan Pavilion with plenty of parking available for guests.
