Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. When you RSVP, you will be prompted to type in your name which will then list all those invited. We will only be able to accommodate those listed in your party as we have a specific guest list as per the venue. Thank you so much for your understanding in this regard!
The deadline to RSVP is April 2, 2023. The RSVP page is live! Respond online by clicking on the tab that says "RSVP". If you need assistance as to how to complete it, please visit the following website for guidance: https://help.zola.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002312811-How-do-I-RSVP-on-a-couple-s-website-
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP that you can not attend so we can plan accordingly. Thank you for letting us know in advance!
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear a cocktail dress, a floor-length gown, or a dressy pant suit. A tuxedo is not required for men but the event is formal enough for one to be appropriate. A suit and tie or a sports coat is acceptable.
We will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. During the ceremony, we ask that you please do not video and take pictures. We have professional wedding photographers and videographers that will be capturing all the moments so that you can be fully present and enjoy. Don't worry, we will share them with you! But yes, you will be able to take photos and videos during the reception! Please use #samanna2023 :)
We will be having a plated dinner, and the waiters will take your order then. There will be an open bar at our reception. And of course, we will finish it off with something sweet!
Yes, you will need a car to get around New York especially from the airport(s) to the hotel that is near the venue. Our venue is on the eastern end of Long Island, NY which is suburban/rural so having a car is necessary.
Parking is available on site and a parking attendant will guide you closest to where the ceremony will be held.
To ensure that you don't miss a single moment and so we can begin as scheduled, we recommend that you plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the ceremony. You will see, New York traffic is a beast! Pre-ceremony refreshments will begin at 4:30 pm to the start of the ceremony.
Because Memorial Day weekend is before our wedding day, we highly recommend booking your hotel stays and car rentals as far in advance as possible (4 months in advance is ideal).
We do not have a hotel block. However, we have a link that has a list of hotels with discounted prices on our "Stay & Travel" page. We also provided some hotels (and car rentals at JFK) that you can consider.

We will not be providing transportation.
After the ceremony, cocktail hour will begin at the reception hall where guests can enjoy hors' d'ouerves and refreshments.
Please click the tab on this website that says "Registry". Thank you in advance!
As of now, there is no mask or vaccination requirements for our venue or the state of New York. Our venue is considered an outdoor venue so there are no restrictions. We are not requiring guests to show proof of vaccination or a negative test to attend. In light of this, if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, you are more than welcome to do so.
