Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Answer

We invite you to RSVP online here or by mailing in the RSVP card sent with your invitation. Please RSVP by 03/30/2026

Question

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at La Concha. Please book your stay by 05/25/26 to guarantee a room in our block. Use the code Anna&Rich or mention the Velazquez and Campolungo wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate.

What should I do if I don't make it into the room block?

Answer

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, please contact the Reservation’s Department by e-mail at reservations@laconcharesort.com and mention our wedding. They may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block.

What's the best airport to use?

Answer

Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) in San Juan is the closest airport. The hotel will be easily accessible from SJU via taxi, public transit or ride share.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from hotel?

Answer

We will be providing guest transportation to and from our ceremony. Our cocktail and reception will take place in the hotel where we reserved our room block and where most guests will be staying, so no additional transport will be required for our nuptials.

What is the dress code wedding?

Answer

Our dress code is black-tie optional ( formal). We ask that you wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie. Alternatively, an evening gown or a midi- or knee-length cocktail dress would be appropriate.

What is the weather and climate like in the area?

Answer

Puerto Rico's summers are warm. Be prepared for the heat and humidity by dressing in light, breathable clothing and bring your sunglasses. We will provide sunscreen and bug spray to keep guests comfortable.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our afternoon ceremony in the church, cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors.

Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?

Answer

All of our guests are invited to join us for a welcome cocktail party on the evening before our wedding at the hotel La Concha. We invite our out-of-town guests to also join us for brunch on the day after our wedding. More information to come.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

If you would like to honor us with a gift, a wedding card box will be at our reception. You can also find our complete wedding registry here on our website under the "Registry" tab.
