Attire for the Ceremony and Reception on June 29 will be Semi-Formal. Semi-Formal typically means a suit or sport coat and dress pants (tie optional) for men and a sundress, cocktail dress, or long dress for women. Twin Creeks Ranch is a rustic property and walking on grass and rough paths will be required throughout the day. There's lots to explore! Women would be more comfortable in wedge or block heels or flats.
Colorado has more than 300 days of sunshine each year, so we are hopeful for a beautiful, sunny wedding weekend, but the weather is often unpredictable and can quickly change in the mountains. The temperature during the day may reach up to 80 degrees or even warmer, but nights on the mountain can get quite chilly. Typical daytime temperatures will most likely be in the low 70s.
There is no on-site parking at Twin Creeks Ranch.
Shuttle bus transportation will be available from Aspen, from the Viceroy in Snowmass Village and from commuter lots in the area. Specific details on shuttle times and locations will be added once we have a clearer picture of where guests will be staying. We will reach out to you to determine your transportation needs as the date gets closer. Shuttle service will begin prior to the ceremony and continue through the after party.
The Aspen and Snowmass areas are wonderful places for families to enjoy and explore the outdoors. Children will be welcome at some of the wedding events; however, so that all of our guests may enjoy themselves fully, we ask that you make other arrangement for your children during the ceremony and reception. Aspen Babysitting Company is a great option in the area. You can contact them at www.aspenbabysittingcompany.com or 970 948-6849 for prices and availability. The concierge at the Viceroy may also be able to arrange babysitting services for you.
