FAQs

Question

Can I wear a cowboy hat and boots to the wedding?

Answer

Nope -Lee

Question

What is the wedding dress code?

Answer

Leave your hats and boots at the hotel for this one! We’d love to see everyone dressed in black tie attire for the ceremony and reception. Black tie means formal, elegant, and celebratory. For women, floor-length gowns and sophisticated formal dresses are encouraged. For men, a classic tuxedo with a bow tie is preferred. Dress to impress-we’re celebrating!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the wedding?

Answer

For everyone’s peace of mind and safety, all guests will be required to use the transportation we provide to and from the ceremony and reception. The drive is approximately 30 minutes along dark, winding Montana roads - with plenty of wildlife along the way! We want everyone to enjoy the evening without having to worry about driving. More information on pickup locations and the transportation schedule will be posted closer to the wedding.

Question

What are grass appropriate shoes?

Answer

For those who love a heel, think platform and block heels! We will be walking and standing in the grass all evening.

Question

When should I officially RSVP?

Answer

Official invitations will be sent in the spring, with a formal RSVP deadline included.

Question

Will there be a Sunday Brunch?

Answer

We won't be hosting a formal brunch the morning after, as we're planning to celebrate late into the evening. We're looking forward to a relaxed recovery Sunday!

Question

Can I bring a plus one / my kids?

Answer

We’ll list the invited guest(s) on your official invitation. If you have questions about your invitation, please reach out to us!

Question

Are there Ubers in Whitefish?

Answer

Yes, but not many…. We wouldn’t recommend relying on Uber, especially for last minute airport rides! Here is a taxi service we love and that you can schedule ahead of time: https://goodviberidesmt.com And don’t worry about the wedding itself!!! We’ll be providing transportation to and from the ceremony/reception for all guests!
