FAQs

Question

What should we wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire is requested. Valentine's day colors are welcomed, but not required.

Question

What am I supposed to do between the ceremony and cocktail hour?

Answer

There will be a small break between our ceremony and reception to give you time to check into your hotels, grab a drink at a local bar, or to just take a few minutes to breath before the party starts! Please use this time to do what you wish. The wedding party will be at the Hilton Garden Inn at about 4:30pm.

Question

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Please plan to drive yourself or carpool from the ceremony (Christ the King) to the reception (Royal Cliff). At the end of the evening, there will be shuttle trips at 11:30pm and midnight to the Hilton Garden Hotel from Royal Cliff.

Question

Can we leave our cars overnight at the reception venue?

Answer

Yes! Royal Cliff encourages parking overnight to ensure everyone gets back safely. The venue asks that cars be picked up by 12:00pm the next day (Sunday, February 15)

Question

Can I bring my own alcohol or marijuana to the celebration?

Answer

No! Both the church and reception venue are very strict on this.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately due to space limitations not everyone will be able to bring a plus one. You are welcome to bring a plus one if your invitation says “and guest”.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

If your child's name is listed when you RSVP, we would love for them to join! Otherwise, we kindly ask that they stay home for an adults only celebration.

Please note any food allergies on your RSVP for our awareness. The venue is 100% nut free. Our buffet will have gluten and lactose free options available. If you have a severe allergy and do not feel comfortable eating from the caterer, you may bring in your own meal as long as you complete handle your meal. If you would like a specialty allergen friendly meal, let Anna know. Please let Anna know if you have questions.
