Travel Note
Alessandria is at the center of a triangle formed by Turin, Milan, and Genoa. We suggest flying into any one of these cities, which are very well connected to Alessandria via the national railway. Milan Malpensa is probably the easiest airport to arrive in from overseas. A direct transatlantic flight is typically 8h 00 and a two-leg flight is typically 14h 00.
Travel Note
Alessandria can be reached from Milan (1h 30), Turin (1h 00), and Genoa (1h 00) by train. Timetables can easily be navigated using Google Maps, which supplies train routes, directions, stops, and times. Tickets may be purchased directly at train station kiosks or online at trenitalia. Be advised that train travel is occasionally disrupted by rail worker strikes.
Hotel
The hotel is very convenient since it is just a 5 minute walk from the Church. It has the "Hines Stamp of Approval" from a previous stay.
Hotel
The castle where the reception will be held offers availability for a few rooms. It may be useful if you do not want to go back to Alessandria after the reception. However, availability is very limited.
