When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 18th so that we can make sure we have enough tables and chairs for everyone.

Do I need to travel to the reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both at Anna's parents' home. There will be a cocktail hour after the ceremony while the wedding party travels off site for photos.

Is it an indoor or outdoor wedding?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors. Because of it's close proximity to Lake Ontario, Rochester enjoys mild summers with low humidity. Rochester's average temperature in June is 77 degrees. There will be plenty of shade and the reception will be under a large tent. Heavy rain is unlikely, but we can move everything inside the house if we need to.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are not providing general transportation. Renting a car and carpooling is encouraged. Uber and Lyft service the area as well.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is semi-formal. The event is outdoors so high heels are not recommended.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your invitation is addressed to the whole family then yes! We welcome all household members big and small. Because of space limitations and potential COVID restrictions, we are not able to accommodate any guests not named on the invitations.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please send an email to lammshuwedding@gmail.com and we would be happy to accommodate you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Free parking is available on the street. The driveway is reserved for the wedding party, as they will need to get in and out after the ceremony for pictures.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

The reception will serve wine and beer. We will also have a number of non-alcoholic drinks available. Please drink responsibly.
