Cut-off Date for Hotels

The reservation cut-off date for the Hammel / Smith Wedding room block is Friday, September 9, 2026. The guest rooms will be held exclusively for the group until this date. After the cut-off date, all guest rooms not reserved with individual guest names and guarantee, will be released to general inventory for public sale. The hotel will continue to accept reservations after the cut-off date, based on hotel availability at 15% off the going rate. The block rate will not be accepted after the cutoff date.

Shuttle Information

A shuttle service will be available for hotel guests unable to drive to and from the Grove City Country Club. More information will be given at the hotel.
